Reposted from @brothersbondbourbon Today we celebrate #EarthDay. Our Oath to the Earth is to reverse climate change. To do that, we are giving back 1% of Brother’s Bond’s gross sales to regenerative farming practices.
These practices will sequester or “draw down” enormous amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere using growing plants. Those plants then store that carbon dioxide safely back in the ground where it belongs, feeding the vital microorganisms needed to build healthy soil. Luckily this process produces enormous amounts of oxygen for us to breathe while also protecting and revitalizing our fresh water stores above and below the ground.
